The Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARs) expects billions of VND in savings from SBV rate reduction to enter the property market.

Despite the central bank's tightening of monetary policy and recent market downturns, investors may look for attractive property buys. Capital may save the market and dozens of property-dependent sectors including construction materials, machinery, equipment, furnishings, and labor.

The government has indicated that from the second quarter of 2023, new programs would supply market money.

Local authorities have been instructed to resolve legal issues to launch property developments. The group claims developers have addressed consumer demand this time.

Reduced interest rates, commercial banks' access to financing, and where to start or finish projects are helping the market recover.

With credit room opening and cash flooding into the market, VARs Chairman Nguyen Van Dinh predicted a rebound period. He stated that Vietnamese investors traditionally favored properties because they gave larger profits.

Since prices have cooled over the past year, he advised investors to start shopping for excellent offers. The group says the central bank and government's tightening of monetary policy may taper down in the second quarter of 2023. He predicted third-quarter capital inflow.

Businesses and people deposited VND900 trillion in banks last year, with individuals depositing over VND565 trillion. As a substantial percentage of said deposit matures in the third quarter of 2023, investors will be searching for better investments.

Property brokers are seeing more sales and buyer inquiries.

In recent weeks, more investors have called and visited Smartland Real Estate Trading Floor in Nghe An, according to Dang Quoc Viet.

He said many were interested in projects with solid reputations and infrastructure, a big improvement over last year. He noted that investors' market confidence may be restored.
