Smart and Sustainable Logistics Takes Center Stage at VILOG 2026
As global supply chains continue to restructure amid economic and geopolitical volatility, digital transformation and the shift toward green development, the logistics sector is facing increasingly demanding requirements for speed, accuracy, data transparency, cost optimization and emission reduction.
At the 4th Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2026), digital transformation, digital trade, smart transportation and green logistics were identified as key trends shaping the industry in the years ahead. Under the theme “Shaping Smart and Sustainable,” the exhibition brought together 450 enterprises from 22 countries and territories across more than 550 booths, attracting over 25,000 visitors.
Throughout the three-day event, ITL and Sotrans Group showcased the capabilities of their integrated ecosystem and logistics solutions, while hosting a range of networking, knowledge-sharing and interactive activities for customers and partners. Notably, a series of specialized seminars focused on key topics including cold chain supply chains, green transformation in chemical warehousing, AI, automation and the digital workforce in freight forwarding operations.
Industry experts also discussed the challenges facing logistics businesses and explored solutions to optimize operations, enhance productivity, strengthen adaptability and build more sustainable supply chains. In addition, ITL signed a cooperation agreement and launched the “Vietnam Logistics Safe & Excellent Driving Skills Award 2026,” a competition aimed at promoting a strong safety culture and recognizing the contributions of drivers across the supply chain.
VILOG 2026 concluded with a series of meaningful connections and knowledge exchanges, opening up further opportunities for collaboration and new approaches to support Vietnam’s logistics industry in its transition toward a smarter and more sustainable future.
