EVFTA to create 146,000 jobs in 2022 - 2025 period

The European Union–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) is believed to result in the development of 146,000 more employees between 2022 - 2025.
The information was shared during the Workshop to Assess the Impact of EVFTA on Labor and Employment Issues organized by The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Analysts predicted that the free trade agreement will raise employment by 146,000 between 2022 - 2025.
Construction, processing and manufacturing, finance, insurance, and other businesses all have significant effects.
The EVFTA has favorable effects on wages as well, particularly on the value of commerce between Vietnam and other countries, which has increased import and export value and raised worker average wages.
