Vietnamese government has announced to cut retail fuel prices the second time this month and sixth time from the beginning of 2020 as international crude oil prices dropped sharply.

Diesel prices were cut to VND11,259 ($0.48) per liter while kerosene prices fell to VND9,141 ($0.39) per liter, Ministry of Industry and Trade said in a statement.

Gasoline retail prices were reduced by VND4,100 ($0.17) for E5RON92 and VND4,252 ($0.18) for RON95-III gasoline, making new prices at VND11,956 ($0.51) and VND12,560 ($0.54) respectively, ten-year low prices, taking effect 15:00pm Sunday.

Prices have fell sharply due to the current situation of world oil price, ministry said.
