Vietnam's aviation authority proposes to build 9 new airports

In the draft master plan for the development of the national airport and airport system period 2030, the vision to 2050, Vietnam's Civil Aviation Authority recommended the addition of 9 new airports.
According to the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam to the Ministry of Transport, after working with 10 provinces to propose their local airport planning; proposed to add 9 new airports (type 1 airport due to weather conditions).
Localities must make their own plans and call for investment capital, not using budget capital.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam recommended that the Ministry of Transport study and include nine new airports in the following provinces in the planning process: Ha Giang (Tan Quang airport), Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang (Na Hang), Ha Tinh, Kon Tum (Mang Den), Quang Ngai (Ly Son), Khanh Hoa (Van Phong), Dak Nong, and Tay Ninh.
