The number of passengers passing through these airports reached over 19.7 million, marking an increase of over 91% compared to the same period last year.

Vietnamese airlines also saw a significant increase in passenger numbers, with more than 9.8 million passengers transported during the same period, marking a rise of nearly 92% from last year. International passengers accounted for over 2.4 million, a surge of more than 2,333%.
However, the total cargo transport volume by air saw a decline of more than 28% compared to the same period last year, with just over 168 thousand tons transported.
The Civil Aviation Authority predicts that the number of international passengers traveling to/from Vietnam by air will continue to rise, especially as regular routes connecting to China are gradually being reopened, and China is also relaxing its restrictions on international and tourist passengers. The number of passengers passing through these airports reached over 19.7 million, marking an increase of over 91% compared to the same period last year.
