Vietnam's 11-month trade volume reaches over $600 billion

Trade between Vietnam and the rest of the world hit $619.17 in the first eleven months of this year, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The amount above includes $322.50 billion in exports, which is 5.9 percent less than the same time last year.
In terms of value, the U.S. continued to buy the most Vietnamese goods ($88 billion), while China sent the most goods to Vietnam ($99.6 billion).
Vietnam had a trade advantage of US$75.5 billion with the US, $26.2 billion with the EU, and $1.5 billion with Japan.
On the other hand, it had a trade deficit of $43.7 billion with South Korea, $26.3 billion with ASEAN, and $8.1 billion with the EU.
Vietnam has signed 17 free trade agreements with other countries and groups. It is also working to make new trade deals with the European Free Trade Association, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
