Uniqlo to open second Vietnam store in Ha Noi early 2020

The new store is scheduled to welcome customers in Ha Noi in early 2020, Osamu Ikezoe, general director of Uniqlo Vietnam, was quoted by NDH.vn
Since October, the retailer has started recruiting personnel for this new store. However, location of this Hanoi store has not been informed.
Uniqlo, one of six brands of Japanese retail corporation Fast Retailing, has more than 2,200 stores in 25 markets including Japan.
In Southeast Asia, the retailer has 213 stores as of last year. It plans to have 400 by 2022.
In Vietnam, its has made a debut with store in Ho Chi Minh City’s Dong Khoi street early December.
Vietnam’s fashion market is estimated to grow to over $3.8 billion this year and over $5 billion by 2021, according to BMI Research.
