The enterprise was cancelled on Thursday because the shareholders who made registration to local authority were drunk and wrote wrong number, Zing cited Kim Thi Phuong, one of three founders of USC Interco company.
"I went to Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment to cancel the company,” she said, adding she received several phone calls from friends and relatives asking about the new company and she was confused about the amount of money.
According to registration, the USC Interco company has three shareholders including Tran Gia Phong, Kim Thi Phuong, and Nguyen Hoan Son. Each contributes a huge amount of money to set up the company.
“Actually, I was passive and didn't know anything,” Phuong shared.
The three people could be fined up to $2.100 for violating the regulations on investment planning.
Accordingly, the enterprise is forced to adjust its chartered capital, the ratio of capital contribution.
Chartered capital of their registered business is bigger than military-run telecom giant Viettel Group or equal to combined registered capital of Vietnam’s four State-owned commercial banks Agribank, BIDV, Vietcombank and Vietinbank.
