Mobile World Group's employee contracts coronavirus, infection tops 35 in Vietnam

The 29-year old woman met the foreign tourists at Dien May Xanh shop in Da Nang on March 4. Beside the shop, the two travelers also visited the Coffee House, Charm Spa in the city’s Hai Chau district.
The Britons arrived in Vietnam on the same flight with Hanoi’s first coronavirus patient Nguyen Hong Nhung on March 2. They are among 10 British passengers tested positive for the virus, Ministry of Health said in a statement.
The Dien May Xanh shop, which sells electronic products, temporarily shut down the store upon news about the 35th infected case of Vietnam on Wednesday morning, Mobile World Group said in a statement to local media.
The foreign tourists visited the store on March 9. The latest patient is put under quarantined and treatment at Da Nang Hospital.
As of Wednesday, Vietnam has confirmed 35 coronavirus patients, of which the first 16 cases have been cured and discharged from hospitals.
The provinces with people infected with COVID-19 to date are: Vinh Phuc (11); Ho Chi Minh City (4); Khanh Hoa (1); Thanh Hoa (1); Hanoi (4); Ninh Binh (1); Quang Ninh (4); Lao Cai (2); Danang (3); Hue (1), Quang Nam (2), Binh Thuan (1)
Here is list of current 19 patients:
Nguyen Hong Nhung, 26-year old woman from Hanoi, returning home from the UK on March 2.
- A 27-year old man, native of Thai Binh, returning home from South Korea on March 4.
- Two patients having been in close contact with Nhung
- A 61-year old man who was on the same flight VN005 with Nhung
- Eleven foreign nationals, including 10 British citizens and one from Ireland.
- A 24-year old woman who met Nhung on February 27 in London, the UK
- A 51-year old woman returning home from the US on March 2.
- A 29-year old woman having been in direct contact with two British patients.
