Autograph Collection receives Italian guest chef for special culinary series in Saigon

With Chef Vincenzo Sorrentino (Chef Enzo), Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection is hosting its 4th guest chef of the year. 

At the dinner, the Italian genius will be dropping in for a pop-up visit at the restaurant from 6 - 15 July showcasing his authentic Italian signatures serving in buffet style will be carried on until the end of August. 

Alongside Italian delicacies, premium seafood, Saigon’s best Pho with signature Truffle Quay, and assorted sashimi are just some of the highlights from Oriental Pearl’s extensive food spread.

With his extensive experience from his own family restaurant in Italy to the famous Olive Italian Restaurant in JW Marriott Khao Lak resort and spa, during these 2 months, Chef Enzo will present an array of Italian delicacies that you should not miss such as Insalata Mare, a warm seafood salad with Taggiasca olives, pickled red onions, celery, cherry tomato and anchovies dressing; Zuppa Di Pesce, a rustic seafood stew simmered in a tomato, white wine, fennel broth and finishing with Italian parsley; Parmigiana, chef’s family recipe, fried eggplants with fresh tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella cheese, pecorino cheese and garnish with basil.

Oriental Pearl’s Italian Affair dinner buffet is available every Thursday – Sunday throughout July and August from 6.00pm – 10.00pm.  Exclusive chef Enzo’s pop-up is from 6 – 15 July with limited seats.
