The strategy intends to expand VinFast's commercial activities in the region, building its enormous direct-to-consumer retail network, and roll out mobile service to provide a superior client experience.
VinFast's headquarters in Germany, France, and the Netherlands are in Frankfurt, Paris, and Amsterdam, respectively.
The establishment of a VinFast headquarters in each market is intended to deliver an ideal level of service to each customer, guided by a thorough awareness of each country's unique requirements.
VinFast already has hundreds of staff in place throughout its European launch areas to support its ambitious expansion, having a spectrum of significant car manufacturer experience and market-specific knowledge.
VinFast will open its flagship shop in November 2022 in Cologne, Germany. It will be followed by Paris as the first French shop before the end of the year, then Nice, Amsterdam as the principal Dutch site, and Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, and Hamburg in Germany. Oberhausen in Germany, Marseille, Rennes, Montpellier, and Metz in France, and Den Haag and Rotterdam in the Netherlands will all open in early 2023.
VinFast's retail and services system will be backed up by a network of professionals and Mobile Service trucks that will provide consumers a variety of flexible repair and maintenance choices. Service appointments may be scheduled using the VinFast app and completed at home, work, or any VinFast location.
Europe is a key market for VinFast. Along with building headquarters in France, Germany, and the Netherlands, and expanding its retail and service network, VinFast is still looking for a suitable location for a European production plant.
