Three Vietnamese entrepreneurs found $6.3 billion USC Interco JSC

The newly-born company which shocked the business community for its huge registered capital was said to have been founded by three Vietnamese and has head-quarter in Hanoi’s Hoai Duc district.

USC Commerce Service and International Investment Consultant JSC (USC Interco), which has legal representative as Tran Gia Phong, 41 years old, has 3 shareholders including Phong, Kim Thi Phuong, and Nguyen Hoan Son.

Accordingly, Son holds 40% stake of the company while Phong and Phuong hold 30% each.

Chartered capital of this new business giant is bigger than military-run telecom giant Viettel Group or equal to combined registered capital of Vietnam’s four State-owned commercial banks Agribank, BIDV, Vietcombank and Vietinbank.

Currently, there are 5 enterprises with chartered capital of over VND100 trillion, including 3 state-owned enterprises PetroVietnam, EVN and Viettel, and 2 foreign direct invested enterprises Formosa Ha Tinh and Vietnam Beverage, which holds controlling stake at Vietnam’s biggest beer maker Sabeco.
