Steelmaker Hoa Phat’s November sales hit record at 300.000 tons

High volume steel sale came after construction activities at the end of the year entered the peak season, according to the group.

As of end-November, the group produced nearly 2.5 million tons of steel to domestic and foreign markets and over 220,000 tons of the amount were exported to Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Taiwan (China), Malaysia, Australia, USA ....

It is expected that in December, the amount of steel products supplied to foreign market will increase sharply. Hoa Phat has closed a contract of 35,700 tons of steel bars and rolled steel this month.

In January and March 2019, construction steel sale of the group recorded an output of nearly 250,000 tons.

The record output in November is the motivation for the steelmaker to exceed 2019 whole-year goal, creating momentum for stronger growth in 2020.
