SOTRANS Logistics Breaks Ground Advanced and Safest Chemical Warehouse

On October 3, 2025, at Ho Nai Industrial Park (Dong Nai), SOTRANS Logistics commenced construction of the SOTRANS Ho Nai Chemical Warehouse project. Covering 26,400 m2, the facility includes 16,200 m2 of storage space with a capacity of up to 19,500 pallets. Scheduled for completion in Q2/2026, it will be the largest and most advanced chemical warehouse in Vietnam.

With a focus on safety and sustainability, the SOTRANS Ho Nai Chemical Warehouse is built to strict international standards, combining modern technologies with environmental protection solutions. The facility will feature a trench system for chemical spill collection and treatment, an automatic fire detection and suppression system. Notably, sprinklers will be installed directly within the racking area, ensuring effective fire extinguishing right at high-risk points. This is a feature that few warehouses can implement.

In parallel, the application of smart inventory management technology will ensure tight operational control, minimizing risks such as chemical leaks or explosions, thereby protecting the safety of employees and surrounding communities.

According to a research by the Vietnam Industry and Trade Information Center (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the demand for specialized logistics in Vietnam’s chemical sector is growing rapidly, especially for chemicals requiring stringent safety and environmental standards. The launch of the SOTRANS Ho Nai Chemical Warehouse will provide an optimal solution for businesses to save costs, reduce the burden of infrastructure investment, and ensure full compliance with legal regulations and international standards.
