Mobile World plans to enter Indonesia market

Mobile World Group (HoSE: MWG) is preparing to expand in Indonesian market, five years after it opened the first store in Cambodia, the first foreign market of the retail firm.
The company has scheduled to launch the first store in Indonesia this year, according to information heard during a meeting between the firm’s leaders and shareholders.
Mobile World opened its first BigPhone store outside Vietnam market in Cambodia in 2017. Three years later, it renamed the chain to Bluetronics.
As of end-2021, the retail chain of electronic products has 50 outlets, with total revenue of VND500 billion ($21.9 million).
The company's core business is retailing of smartphones and electronics. It is expected to contribute around 75 percent of sales while the remainders coming from food and consumer goods.
