EVNGENCO3 expects to spend $26 million on the 2022 advance dividend

According to the Power Generation Corporation 3 (code PGV-HoSE) Board of Directors, EVNGENCO3 will pay a cash dividend of 5.5% on undistributed after-tax earnings. The dividend payout is projected to be around VND 618 billion ($26 million).

The shareholders' list will be closed on December 28, 2022. Dividends are paid on October 2, 2023.

This is also the first time since EVNGENCO3's equitization in 2018 that the dividend has been advanced before the dividend amount is determined at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Previously, the firm finished the 2021 dividend payment at a rate of 13% beginning in July 2022. EVNGENCO3, which has a charter capital of VND 11,234.68 billion ($470 million), has paid out more than VND 1,460 billion (61$ million) to shareholders.
